OFAS S.p.A. (in future “COMPANY”) is the data controller of this web site (in future also (site) and regarding Art. 13 of the (UE) Regulation 2016/679 (in future also “GDPR”) releases information regarding the protection of the data of natural persons. Art. 13 of the EU.Regulation 2016/679 referring to the handling of personal data requires that the users can communicate while navigating on the present site. This information does not regard any other site of third party subjects even if they can be reached through links present on this site.

The computer systems and software procedure involved in the functioning of this web site in the normal course of their procedure obtain some personal data.
